from the Angels: Dear loved ones many of you are feeling a great sense
of suffocation from your daily busy lives. We hear your prayers and are
here to remind you of the tools God has given you to maintain your
overall well being and to stay connected to the divine. When you are
suffocating you are disconnected from your life source, the source of
God. On your planet you have been given trees,
plants, water and various forms of nature to maintain balance and
wholeness in your lives. We encourage you to take all advantage as
nature exists all around you. Pause your lives and spend time in fresh
air. This will refill you of your life source and maintain your
connection to the divine. When you are connected your lives will feel
full of joy. You will feel energized. You will feel grounded and you
feel completely supported, guided and in tune with the frequencies of
the miracles all around you.
