Messages from the Angels: Dear loved ones we are here to offer you support at this time by informing you that there are great periods of transitions occurring at this time on your planet. There are high periods of evolution on many planes that are for the greater good of all. Note that at this time you may be overly sensitive, you may see and feel things at greater depth, perhaps in need of greater sleep because of restless energy. We assure you that this period will soon pass. It is designed for the planets growth. There are newer energies coming to your planet and as such requires some old energies to clear the way much like when you clear the clutter of your physical space. Transitional times can cause confused feelings. We ask that you spend time in nature and walk barefoot where you can literally feel the earth underneath you. What to Do When the World Feels Heavy

There are moments when I feel the heaviness in the world. And like everyone I too feel a sense of frustration. It can be hard to hold your light and be a leader when the frequencies seem so low on our planet. Many perceived injustices, issues of inequality, hatred, fear and war leaves many to think we've been abandoned. It's easy to get angry and want to express rage. Perhaps even take a side of situation and retaliate.
It's times like this where I have to remind myself what my role in all this is as a light worker and how I can best contribute to the greater good of all. After all that is what I came to this planet to do. That is the commitment I made. Staying true to my purpose authentically keeps me in alignment for myself and helps others that may be feeling so much fear.
My role as a light worker is not to judge the actions of others. It's not to decide who's right and who's wrong. It's not to express  anger and rage. It's not to go to any sort of war. All these are fear based energies. That only adds to the existing fear.My role is to assist by shifting consciousness to a higher frequency utilizing the tools that God has given me. My role is to use my authentic power by using words, thoughts and actions that are based in love. I still believe love is the healer of all things. Love can transform all fear.
God has given us tools on earth to help us through every situation in our lives and our worldly issues. We have Angels, prayer and God himself to turn to. Our every thought and action is either helping or taking away from the collective good of all. And so it is within us to create change starting with ourselves. This is our responsibility. Change begins with the intention to want to make a difference. Intention to be of service will support us all. Actions that are based in the emotion of love is the only way to make this happen. Each individual has the capacity to call on the divine, pray and to use higher energy thinking.
The truth is that we are not abandoned. Though there are times of injustice, hatred and all things based in fear. There always is a higher reasoning that will allow us to grow, learn our lessons and ultimately strengthen our relationship with the divine. It's up to us to trust in this process. We all have choices in every one of these situations. You don't have to be a light worker to make a difference. You just have to have the right intention.
When you set intentions from a place of love you come into alignment with your authentic power and not external power. External power is based on control and manipulation and is ego driven. Authentic power allows for us to be guided by our soul. It allows us to utilize higher energy thinking. It results only in positive outcomes for all.

Dear God and the Angels,
I am calling on you all as at this moment I feel there is heaviness in the world and in my life. We need your support to lighten our load, take away the pain, create peace and harmony in our lives. God only you know the greater picture. I trust that this process is here for us for our learning, growth and to also bring us closer to you. Help us to open our hearts and see everyone and everything with only love. Help us to make healthy choices that affect mankind in a positive way. We turn over all our problems, worries, grief and sorrow over to you. We turn to you at this dark hour with hope that your light will shine so bright that all we can see, feel and know is your guidance, and your love.

When you are suffocating you are disconnected from your life source, the source of God. On your planet you have been given trees, plants, water and various forms of nature to maintain balance and wholeness in your lives. We encourage you to take all advantage as nature exists all around you. Pause your lives and spend time in fresh air. This will refill you of your life source and maintain your connection to the divine. When you are connected your lives will feel full of joy. You will feel energized. Prayer for Cory Monteith

Dear God and the Angels,
we call on you on this darkest hour to shed your purest light on Cory and all his loved ones. Please carry, cradle and hold his soul in your arms as this is the place where he is safe, supported and loved. We send him to you to his origin with all our love knowing that in our hearts he still remains forever. God this is a heavy time for us all and there are things we don't understand. Please show us your truth and help to remind us who we really are. Life on earth  is short and for some souls even shorter. We realize that perhaps Cory's work on earth has been completed. But we know that in your hands he is home again. God we pray for Cory's soul. May he be at rest. Please shine your brightest light on Lea, his family  and friends. Lift their burdens and grant them grace. Ease their grief and help them to heal.  We pray for all those that are feeling his loss. We ask for light for us all as we are all one and what happens to one soul is affected by us all. Please let us find harmony and peace again. And let us all be reminded that life on earth is a miracle and each day is a gift. Every moment is a treasure of precious gold. Every breath in our lives is an opportunity to experience the Divine.

Dear Archangel Jophiel,
I invoke your beautiful presence today to help cleanse, clear and remove all unwanted lower energies including toxic energy in my home, workspace and in all areas of my life where I spend physical time.
Please raise the vibrations to bring people that have pure intentions, love and are looking to help raise consciousness through positive thoughts, actions and deeds. I ask that all others with intentions less then this move onward so that I can continue to feel I am surrounded with only positive energy.
It's important that the space I am in is healing, supportive, caring, nurturing, safe, uplifting, and serves me in all aspects of my life and my entire being.
If the current place I am in no longer serves me for my highest good then please help me find the perfect environment for me.
I want my space to energize me, fill me with excitement. One that allows me to continue to be of service and where the people that surround me are also focused on being of service first.
