We offer our assistance by reminding you to ask for our help to simply cut all negative fear based chords to these old patterns. Visualize in your mind that you are being cleared of all negative chords and that they are being simply cut away. You may repeat this process as often as necessary. Realize that help and assistance is only a thought a way. A simple intention to cut these chords is a step towards feeling freedom and to feel whole.
